This is the first installment of a monthly segment of design headlines I’ll be kicking off in 2022 to keep you aware of resources and news in the design world.
Joann Wu and Kristy Tillman take executive leadership roles at Uber, Netflix - Joann joins Uber as VP of Design after being at LinkedIn for over 10 years where she scaled it's consumer product experience. Tillman joins Netflix as a director of Product Design; she was most recently the Head of Global Experience Design at Slack. Kristy and Joann join a small number of black and asian women executives leading design in big tech.
